TRAUMATIZED!! Never in my 27 years of living have I ever had a bad experience at a dental office until the day I decided to trust this dental office with removing my wisdom teeth. I was EXTREMELY nervous and had expressed my concerns about having impacted wisdom teeth. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, she mentioned to me her great reviews on google. We began in the surgical room where I was giving consent forms in Spanish and told the assistant I don’t know what this says . She told me that it just consent to remove my wisdom teeth , did not bother to give me one in English ! Then another assistant comes in and proceeds to put the laughing gas on me as we wait for the dr. And I further explain my concerns which no one seemed to care . The second assistant notices after the fact of turning on the laughing gas, that the consent form is in Spanish and I can barely speak Spanish let alone read it . She removes the laughing gas and proceeds to find an English one . At that point I should have gotten out the seat and found another dentist. I decided to stay and that was probably the worst mistake ever , the doctor came in and didn’t even bother to look at my X-rays or even address my concerns regarding impacted wisdom teeth and potentially permanent nerve damage! She began on my lower left side and that was the only one I allowed her to take out of my mouth . I now have permanent nerve damage, I can’t feel part of my chin let alone the teeth in my mouth on the lower left side . All I was given was an apology and vitamin supplements. I’ve never in my entire life had anything like this happen to me and I’m devastated with how this was handled. Needless to say my 3 other wisdom teeth will never be removed by anyone because I’m beyond traumatized with my experience. Good luck to you all.
