I will start by saying I appreciated the sleek design of the office and how well put together the staff appeared. There are TVs in every room, and the staff is kind enough to put on travel videos to assist with a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience. A few days ago, I had scheduled a teeth cleaning and requested a quote for a broken tooth that I’ve been dealing with all week. I arrived early to my 11:00 a.m. appointment, got checked in, and was taken to a back room around 10:58 a.m. which left me very impressed. Regrettably, that was the last I saw anyone. At 11:25 a.m., after not hearing from anyone, I had to make the decision to leave as I could not waste anymore time. I think if there is a delay, it would behoove you to be open and transparent with your patients so that all parties can decide if it’s best to reschedule or simply move forward, even with the delay. It is simply courteous, especially for those that may have had to take time from their place of employment. I am disappointed, because this seemed like it would be a fantastic office. Regrettably, this first impression will keep me from going back.
